If you are referring to R2K, based my observation these two indexes do their things separately and as some people say, Russell 2000 is another animal. As you see Big boys are selling from the top. There is not enough force or strength for this index right now BUT I wouldn't get in Short train eithe...

URTY does not have enough volume/liquid.
