Re: 01/19/2012 Intraday Watering

TraderGirl: I asked you last week if you had heard of the Lindsay date and you said no. Apparently, George Lindsay died 20 years ago. Ed Carlson, a technician out of Seattle is a devotee and writes articles based on his work. Have you heard of Jim Puplava's financialsense.com website. Go to it and c...

Re: 01/13/2012 Intraday Watering

The OWS movement's efforts wound down as minor 2 of P3 was peaking. If we are entering minor 3 now, or shortly, the OWS will come out of hibernation and its efforts will accelerate along with the momentum of the Tea Party. You can take that to the bank. Kondratieff Winter is in its infancy! fwiw fro...

Re: 01/12/2012 Intraday Watering

FWIW, McHugh's next phi-mate turn date is March 7th and I have read March 7th is a key cycles date or astrological date or some such mumbo jumbo that I can't find right now. Some interesting info about Bradley turn dates: 1. Sometimes have a 7-10 day window before and after: Market turned July 23, 2...

Re: 01/12/2012 Intraday Watering

Monday is a holiday in the US. There was a small move in the McClellan Oscillator yesterday. There should/may be a large move in the market soon, like today and/or tomorrow. Caveat emptor bulls! Daily ellipse suggests a move tomorrow or Monday. I screwed up today (could of made 13 handles, instead I...

Re: 01/06/2012 Intraday Watering

You can throw that rule out in an ending diagonal which is where we are now. Either wave 5 is over and we are in minor 3 which I doubt, or 1284.62 was the top of 3, 1265.26 was the bottom of 4. and wave 5 should end below 1301.24, or wave 3 will be the shortest. For the wave traders i understand tha...

That's where I am from. I live in a suburb south of the city. I am looking out my window at the ocean and the Gulf Islands and Vancouver Island right now at whitecaps and a high pressure ridge building from the southwest, after several days of crappy weather. ddd Jack must be some lucky dude. I don'...

I live in a suburb of Vancouver, British Columbia and trust me we are taxed on practically everything except food and prescriptions and a few other things. We pay for our health care, but in many cases our employer picks up the tab . Health care just happens to be a lot cheaper than in the US. We pa...

The SC Rally is defined as the last 5 trading days of the year and the first 2 of the New Year. Since the markets are closed on Monday, the 26th, day 1 is tomorrow.

Re: 12/16/2011 Intraday Watering

There were no HOs this week, close but not cigar. The new high/new low criteria has not been met yet. I don't usually make predictions like this but Monday has a 50/50 black swan crash potential: 2 Hindenburg Omens this week Fitch basically said Europe will fail. VIX slaughtered past week. No one we...

It's not the only commodity being taken to the woodshed. To top it off, I believe OPEC announced a production hike yesterday. The oil services sector is underperforming today.

Re: 12/08/2011 Intraday Watering

Remember what Yogi said and I don't mean the bear. There was a small move in the McClellan Oscillator on Tuesday, followed by another very small move on Wednesday. With the SPX at 1252 -1253 and still tailing off yesterday, the bs IMF rumour came out. Absent that, I think the market may have decline...

Re: 12/07/2011 Intraday Watering

There was a small change in the McClellan Oscillator yesterday. Expect a large move in the market in the next day or two. I believe it will be down and will accelerate after the 10:15 pivot. There will be a move afoot to set up a trade for opex week.

No holiday in Canada. Our Thanksgiving is in October. We have the Grey Cup game on Sunday, which is a national drunk and our equivalent to the Super Bowl Game. People come from all over Canada to the game held on Sunday at BC Place in Vancouver. The stadium was renovated completely at a cost of C$56...

You have to subscribe but I believe he has recently added some free stuff. He posts articles on safehaven.com from time to time and is an expert on Dow Theory...

I'll reply. I live in a suburb of Vancouver, BC. I didn't take up skiing until I was 27 and learned in the Okanagan Valley (Big White, Silver Star, Apex). I was then transferred to Vancouver and skiied at Whistler for many years. I haven't skiied in 6 or 7 years but at age 60 would love to get back ...

I also elaborated a little further in response to the same query you made on Daneric's site. Go back there and check my response out. I have been following McHugh on and off for about 4 years and wouldn't buy the Platinum subscription even if someone offered to pay for it. I don't think he could tra...

Re: 11/14/2011 Intraday Watering

I tried to reply once to no avail. The big boys will likely push the market higher to about December 28th, lock in their year-end bonuses and either walk away or short the hell out of the market. Then minor 3 and look out below. Pug be damned! The retail investor is not playing this market, particul...

I have been following McHugh on and off for about 4 years and wouldn't buy the Platinum subscription even if someone offered to pay for it. I don't think he could trade his way out of a wet paper bag. His analysis is also highly confusing and he labels his charts in contradictory fashion whereby he ...
