Don't think it'd be double top here but well, let's see.

Lower high or not, wait and see. For now I don't believe it'd be a lower high, the pullback probably will be bought.

Almost got me to double the CPUs. Thought it's the phpbbs problem because other web sites running on the same server run fine.

Someone kept traffic-ing this board recently which caused the board slow like hell. Blocked them now the board speed seems back to FAST. Will keep an eye on those traffic bot in the coming days...
