The strategy is first to scan strong stocks, then I hand pick those with base and breakout patterns.
In a strong market, the scan for strong stocks should yield around 400+ stocks.
285 candidates today is an OK number but don't forget we're near all time high, which makes the quality of the rally this time a little suspicious.
