The strategy is first to scan strong stocks, then I hand pick those with base and breakout patterns.
In a strong market, the scan for strong stocks should yield around 400+ stocks.
199 candidates today is not an OK number since the market just HIT ALL TIME HIGH this week, which should easily yield near 400 candidates in the past.
