The strategy is first to scan strong stocks, then I hand pick those with base and breakout patterns.
In a strong market, the scan for strong stocks should yield around 400+ stocks.
191 candidates today is a bad number since the market made several all time highs again this week yet it has less strong stocks than that of the last week.[/b]
