Chart school today, talking point is ellipses:

A valid ellipse has a vertical and horizontal center line which should "make sense", and of course it must touch as many tops/reversals as possible. As soon as we consider an ellipse as "valid" it can be duplicated and applied to a new pattern, where it must "fit in" - the center lines, the tops/reversals should be "valid".

Ellipse signals: on the y-axis it's the top horizontal, the 75%, 50% (important), the 25% and the 0%. Same on the x-axis. On the x-axis the vertical at the very end (100%) is often very powerful. Next to signals on the Y and X signals are generated every time price touches the ellipse, it's either a reversal or a breakthrough, quite similar to a regular channel.

Initially it might be difficult to understand, but whoever has the tool should play around with it and see if he/she can use it.

PS: On the very long term charts it works better with the log setting...

just for fun, if I have to guess, a closing will be somewhere close to 5 dma area/phantom bar, a bounce off for bulls move or a red arrow to bears land.

My little note: a closed below 5dma will signal holding short overnight moving into short term sell the rip only if histogram turns back negative. I got to run out may not be back on time before close, peace!

Update, note that the center lines of previous ellipses were support. And we see that tomorrow at the opening there is going to be a strongish move - it's a 5min chart, so it's not going to be superstrong
