I cannot give signal yet, because it's mostly buy stop, so if too many people know, then it will stop working as the fill price would be too high.

I guess you were right about TZA = doesn't look like it'll hit 21's first like I thought = RUT just couldn't match DOW/SPX (it tried, and failed).
