RELATIVE STRENGTH, rotation, WEEKLY
Other than semis, note that Tech is far down on the list this week.
65rotate.png.png
Instead of whining that Tech is lagging, this guy [who has been right all year] continues to lean in on so-called “epicenter” companies, or stocks in consumer discretionary, industrials, and energy sectors that have been most beaten down to deliver the market to new highs.… he estimates the $5 trillion in money market dry powder will boost stocks further.

Cobra, I dont know who is right or what it means. Ultimately I just see it as a very unworthy administration willing to do anything to keep power.
He has control and is willing to use anything, and that alone makes him dangerously unfit.

Trump is rich guy, and all he does is making SPX looks like it has to look :) They fake whole Covid-19 situation so faking some job data is nothing in comparison to it :)

In the end the unemployment rate still dropped comparing to that of April, so guess the stock market still can celebrate!

1. Obama and Hillary weaponizing the Justice Department for political purposes was not a dangerous power grab and somehow made this country better?

2. The Democrats now running “Gropin’ Joe with Dementia” for president is not dangerous? WTF???

Nasdaq volume record high
Plus the blowout buy-to-open call volume I just posted from SentimenTrader.
It’s very unusual for “everybody” to be correct here.
Is everybody “all in” yet?
I quoted Tom Lee  earlier: “...estimates the $5 trillion in money market dry powder will boost stocks further... ”
So maybe we can pop a bit higher, but given these extremes, CONTRARIANS are reducing risk, as they know the bear is lurking nearby.

Interesting rising crescent pattern, not sure I have read about that one  Maybe it is "ending diagonal $5T sickle" used to rip the guts out of horned four legged animals :o

Apologies, I wasnt intending to bring politics here.
I was just trying to explain what I think is behind this very dysfunctional disorderly market, with gaps and enormous index swings everywhere, which is great if you on the right side of the trade.
However shorts make a market also.
The proof of this will be how the market and valuations change immediately after the election, and how much debt each person in the USA will have to shoulder going forward as a result.
