CCI 144 on $VIX, I pay attention to 3 level 0 center line for trend strength and 100, -100 for extreme.

It is interesting to watch how much "energy" the bears have to use to get a small drop accomplished before they get exhausted. It is like watching Agent Smith fighting with Neo at the end of The Matrix.
