they have not stopped people leaving the infected countries and placing them in quarantine in those countries.

All I can think you mean is you say the word quarantine and stopped thinking/listening right there ..

A rare thing has occurred. The 3 month vol futures made a local higher high while the vix did not. This only happened once recently. The market bottomed there and went on to new all time highs. The event in 2013 happened a little after my vertical line which I shifted to the left to avoid covering up the signal.

So we've got a deadly virsus that kills more each outbreak and has now transmuted to airborne transmission even to trained care-givers wearing protective clothing and its a joke. The CDC has mud for brains and imports infected carriers to USA soil.
