Russell failing
Much like my S&P short

RUT daily….for the uber bearish view.. another H&S as it retests heavy overhead resistance supply .. testing 20d.. 50d? next should it bounce around here for couple weeks and depending on the size and depth of RS.

IWM is in come2papa 4, wait for RSI <70 to trigger the sell. most big players are moving into sell zone at the moment.

Here is daily, IWM candle is bearish , but to be exhausted volume got to be higher which is not. sell first ask question later.
