New York has less than 9 million inhabitants, more or less educated people in the first world. Lagos, former Nigeria's capital, has 17 million, people without resources in the third world. Nigeria has been declared ebola free by WHO. It could really be a shame that Nigeria had better ability to manage this issue than USA...
