I know you've been talking about BBRY a lot.

My take, short term could not hold above 5 DMA is bearish.

Mid term has been on sideways far too long and might even fall back under the range, not pretty
1.PNG
.long term is bearish and over sold like you said. but it's very dangerous to play on the long side here.

Intraday, a trade under 2084 this time the HOD is done.

Long term a trade under 2079.5 will close out all the longs

today , gold pops up to 1188, does it confirm the gold will reach 118$ soon in 5 days? is it a dead cat or trend change into uptrend?
Fehro, can you make some comments? thank you again.

Thx for keeping an eye on things from Asia.

:)

Likelihood of range-busting moves pre-Fed is pretty slim, imo.

/GC is testing neckline, with resistance just above at 20d 1189.70, 20w 1194.0, 50d 1194.80... so .. "IF" the pattern plays out.. which at this time looks pretty good... I would not be surprised of a sharp move up over all the resistance..moving averages.. would seem what most people would least expect.. but could get stopped cold in it's track at the 20d. And as I mentioned before.. I would not be surprised if the bigger move, if there is one.. late tonight. Over 20d,50d.. odds favor a 200d tag .. 1210 by end of week sounds doable, but needs to get over the ma's/neckline

I'm betting that this is the low end of a very long range with a turnaround in sight.
I'll get a much better idea next week when Earnings come out Tuesday morning.

The spike is not a phantom bar. It was across a lot of stocks.
Robots read the headline and they all did their thing but they weren't in agreement evidently.

Daily SPY:

We are confirmed in wave C down. The correction has a look of wave A down to June 9th, wave B up to June 11th, and now a wave C down that has rested the June 9th low in the form of a double bottom.

Wave C doesn't have to end in a retest. SPY could just keep dropping.

The stokes might give us a clue since they seem to be working this correction. Both the slow and fast stokes I'm looking at went oversold right at the terminus of wave A down. They both popped and went over bought almost at the terminus of wave B up.

An idea is to start entering longs when both stokes go oversold again, which could mark the end of the correction. Doesn't always work though.

Also, our options are either an ABC correction or an ABCDE correction, the V bottom is out, but that doesn't mean we end with C. We'll see. See you later.
bearish as of SPY 406 on 2/17/23
