Chart for the road: besides internals are weak, a trade below 2072 (closed basis) will also shake the long term support not just shot term 2072 is Key number at this juncture. peace!

I don't know if this is what you mean, but TOS has equivolume bars

On TOS [under "style" and "Aggregation type"] you can set your candles to fill on "time" and/or "ticks" (irrespective of time).

What was referenced is the candles being filled on "volume" (irrespective of time).

Equivolume bars are volume with regards to time (a little different).

OK, do you mean volume profile, like this (which shows volume on the Y axis, irrespective of time):
