Have you noticed the DOW is way out as compared with the rest of the mkt. Not good omen.Dow may back test tomorrow and bring all others dn. Lets see.

Looking like a green week next week if VIX closes below upper bollinger band tomorrow. I still agree with Cobra, a rally next week will likely fail, my guess would be somewhere between 1291 to 1313. Then how about a last week of June bottom to end QE2 in the 1240 to 1257 range. Yeah, I know, market predicting is lame.

usually dow leads. yesterday before close i noticed sale imbalance in dow. i think this is 1 sign on today's sell-off. today dow is green, indicating the sell-off is over to me. tomorrow is the oe day. things can go very differently.

I don't think it will be a green week next week. They will raise hope in the next two days , bring in some more money in the call, then dive down again. May be the week after when everyone is sure that the technicals have broken down and we are indeed in a bear market now.
For now everyone is expecting a bounce and a bottom. Not gonna happen mate.
