WSJ reporting a tanker loading in Libya for the first time in 10 months. So if you truly believe in an OPEC production cut good luck. I am sticking with the ideas that this is the end of summer squeeze, a chance to take advantage of the funds who shorted early and often before the inventory numbers start getting ugly again. Same thing usually happens mid to late winter.
