Tomorrow the news agencies get the text of the prepared remarks and I assume release it at 10:00 when her testimony starts. I see we have several Fed re-interpreters scheduled later in the day in case the markets do not get the message. What has surprised me today is a Fed speaker today saying she may lay the groundwork for a March increase. C;early with 20% odds the markets are not even close to prepared for that.

RBC made it pretty clear that today was all about PBoC returning to printing by resuming liquidity injections via reverse repo's. That should explain any jump in industrial metals today.

Nothing but down in the small caps this afternoon. Looking like (momentum) they could sell all the way into the close.
