Infrastructure bill will push it nicely...and above 2400 easy...

I can see today market can not handle strong dollar or high rate. to float everything up dollar must be down. will see, big long tail on the dollar now. I see no fear ($VIX)

If the AD can hold this bull bias today, and get stronger, then up it is
NY advancing stocks = 1.6 x declining stocks
NY advancing volume = 2.0 x declining volume
