Ellipses on SPX daily point to a good move either tomorrow or next week. These time signals don't offer any indication of the direction, it's either up or down (and sometimes it's a dud )

if you read the 2 legged pullback as the higher low test then the dashed blue arrow may not start yet but it should be sharp when it starts, if no, then still low isn't confirmed.

Ellipses providing good information here. All blue ellipses are the same size. Note that channels give information on the y-axis, whereas ellipses tend to give us signals on both the y-axis and the x-axis (this is an oversimplification but the info is more or less correct).

In short, it shows market extremes. Calculation is (Advances - Declines)/(Advances + Declines).

-85 is pretty extreme and has shown to be a major support area. -100 or lower is even more of a signal for a bounce.
