Look at what Tim Cook did with his opening salvo last Friday. No idea how much cash Nardella is raising for the same games. Throw in the carry trade and the Swiss National Bank and it is no wonder. What was that movie about a weekend in the Hamptons where they kept propping up a corpse so people would think the big man was still alive?
