Today, I would have a bearish bias unless/until it can retake that level with conviction.

Well the much anticipated big draw in CL got us all the way back to yesterday's V-WAP. That move was also the last half hour of trading for London/Frankfurt which is frequently a bullish period. I am concerned that the lunch money trade is in trouble as the high of the day is a bad place to start the mid-day rally. Still there is a good 5 points of air between here and yesterday's high so we shall see.

at the /ES 2396.50 level ... blocking price from advancing.
