Selling into the close. We will see what the London traders do with the benefit of full media analysis of the tax plan. I know the bulls have the default advantage but IF they can't trade above this level for an extended period with some serious volume then it is going to look like just another news driven short covering spike. Especially after the Sunday Talk show pundits handicap the odds of passage, which have to be somewhere between slim and none.
