EFA:SPY is still near a multimonth high, so it behooves us to keep track of what broad int'l funds are doing, both Mutual Funds and ETFs. They have outperformed recently.
Today was not a global 'risk on' day. EEM was down about 1/3 of 1%, and Latin America was crushed. FXI was up small, and broad European and Asia Pacific funds had tepid gains.
Could be USA-specific events, could be EOQ rebalancing. But foreign was not a tailwind today.
