per StockCharts, NYSE up/down volume has turned positive. Naz is still negative, but by a much better 2/3 ratio.

bias still is up.

NYSE advancers are moderate, Naz are pretty weak... and well off the hod.

Currently, it looks like the final half hour is closing strong.

Is former national security advisor Michael Flynn news was fake? or real? I am confused now...

Flynn pled guilty to not telling the truth in return for testimony. But he pled guilty to the same reason White House fired him. All the stuff he is agreeing to testify to happened after the election. At this point it is a nothing burger. No one has ever been prosecuted successfully for negotiating with a foreign government since John Adams signed that law according to Bloomberg. So at this point it is looking a lot like chapter two in the Russian election hacking story. Lots of smoke and implications but essentially zero verifiable facts. In other words more partisan witch hunting. Of course if something actually comes out of this that would be a different story.
