01/06/2018 Weekend Update

Postby Cobra » Fri Jan 05, 2018 5:31 pm

I think bears are hopeless although it's very overbought now, need to be very drunk to buy buy buy and hope huge huge up from here. It's very sad, when I knew nothing I didn't need get drunk, I'd buy buy buy with confidences, but as soon as I learnt something or more precisely I thought I now knew something about trading, I need get very drunk in order to buy buy buy from here now.

Anyway, 77% chances at least another all time new high the next week.

THE FED HAS BEEN SHORTING VOLATILITY since at least 2012 :o  :o
“…we now have explicit confirmation that the Fed's "short vol" position appears to be rather literal
…as today's just released 2012 FOMC transcripts revealed...”
It’s a quick MUST READ here:

SPY and QQQ both traded Friday outside upper Bollinger band, VIX trying to turn up, largest out flows from funds in quite some time as noted by poster on Friday's board, yet small newbie investors I see starting to jump on the band wagon. Agree with Cobra you learn to trade, but have to be drunk to buy buy buy at this point. Thanks to all posters, hoping to see volatility return and board posts return as well.
