Gap up open courtesy of London/Frankfurt traders who hit it hard with 1.5x volume overnight. Sparked by economic reports.

Large level of orders sitting a tick above yesterday's high. Not much between that and the meat of yesterday's trading which starts around 2842.50 so if it drops it could drop fast.

Overnight high of ES 2850.25 set at 8:54 am Eastern. Can't think that won't be exceeded, the question is by how much.

Well flash PMI didn't do it maybe existing home sales on the the hour will propel this thing. Hate to think it is waiting for oil inventories at 10:30.

I think some gov't official made a comment about supporting a weak dollar. The Gold Miners have really jumped this morning...
