Looks like dropping 10 points in four minutes has brought out a few buyers.
Fat Tails zero lag oscillator got lucky and tagged the drop with a red Momentum signal. Of course it tags a whole lot of moves that don't happen, that is why I have that DI system superimposed so I can look at the good old ADX which changes color with slope.

If this isn't selling exhaustion somebody direct me to an educational site so I can learn what it is.

Markets 2 hour exile in Friday's range may be over. Ah yes there is the jump up to the opening range low.

Three hours later another 10 point impulsive wave down, but the buying intensity at the bottom isn't as much this time.

It is going to be ugly overnight because the Europeans who bought the dip last night got annihilated this morning, so why should they step up for a repeat engagement if nothing changes?

I show 5 points of Friday's gap still open. Odds of an island reversal open tomorrow are looking like a possibility.
