It is the market that makes the news. Did anyone really think the Wilbur Ross wanted to blow up world trade? Of course not, they were just looking for a way to refine the existing relationships. The market chose to sell off.

Seems to me it is part of that topping process where the dip buyers must be relieved of all their dry powder before the real selling can begin.Not saying this is the top, but I am saying the experts all agree, topping is a process, not a single event.

I do enjoy having a twitter feed. Sorry to see them fail but that Citron research report is pretty compelling. Personally if someone wants to pay for my info so they can send me an ad for some bogus stock trading scheme that is a fair trade off. But I kind of doubt congress will see it that way especially with kids and teenagers info.

Once again tech, at it's core, is a way to get around existing laws regulations and norms. It sure looks like governments will be fencing the open range and hiring a sheriff. They really have no choice and it has reached the point where they can't ignore it any longer. I think only an absolute fool would be holding the NASDAQ long into Senator Grassley's hearings next month. If nothing happens buy back later but this is an election year and the soccer moms are mad about guns and they are going to be furious about their kids being exploited.

ES 2644.75, that was close enough to count. Since that is the POC for this 3 day kerfuffle I think losing that level would be a real negative.
