Bottom window is current bar compared to the 20 day average for that bar on volume. It looks like end of quarter window dressing day is as much of a low volume day as melt up Monday was. Since the last part of tech wreck Tuesday was caused by unrelenting media reports of FANG Tesla Twitter problems I would choose Tuesday morning as the best analogy for Monday.

Three days on the news cycle with the market closed is toooooo long to hold either way with this White House.
Still plenty of time for the closing ramp to skin a few more bears. But the way today is going I wonder if all those fund managers are going to watch Monday like a hawk and look to raise cash now that the public isn't looking, thinking to get back in on the earnings pops in a few weeks and side step black out period selling pressures. I say this because the volume wasn't there and even a smuck like me knows today should be up so why would a pro do any selling today, thus a potential repeat of Monday's sellers boycott.

Incredible video shows a cheetah on a hunt jumping into a jeep to find a better scouting spot.
