never used CC. just started on Interactive and TOS. it's what i'm comfortable with, so have stayed with it so far, but am considering other options as i feel like TOS commissions are rather high.

Don't know how to do that on Think or Swim. If someone does, could you help us out? Thanks.

Prophet Charts ---> Chart Settings ---> Ratio Chart ---> $SPX/UUP

Thanks Auger,
That displays ratio.

I posted this chart yesterday on Cobra's blog. It shows market action in October/November 2000 at the MA 377. Looking at today's action it well could be the scenario for the next few days...

the bulls came in just in time before the spy was about to roll over. Im shorting the rips and thinking this could be a good strategy untill we get a good pull back...this market is trading on fumes. big money isn't going to buy into this market untill we get another correction.

uempel, could you post the same 377 plot for now? (to better compare against the 2000 case).

been watching the same thing. SPY was about to roll over on the 3 minute chart. then ripped to the VWAP level. huge indecision candlestick on the 5 minute right on the VWAP, then a drop down again. sort of a big fight going on between the bears and bulls.

The bad tick that everyone saw yesterday is now present on marketwatch's daily chart.

99er and Auger,
Thank you both.
I have to work on it later on. On Flexible grid, I could put $SPX and UUP together as to seperate charts. UUP looks like a flat line, Dead on arrival ( DOA).
On Prophet chart , I was able to clone it but hard to see two charts side by side.
Stockcharts is much nicer but I am not a member, it does not go in detail.
I'll work on it on this weekend.

here we go again. getting a sell signal again on SPY on the 3 minute. let's see if it actually materializes or if we rip again.

If we get an upside BO my SPY target is 124.62. I'm still leaning to downside, but you can't deny the short-term trend is UP.

yes the short term trend is up with less and less momo.. the 6 month one day chart is rolling over and could collaps at anytime. So cautiously bullish
