Not surprisingly, XLE has also seen a wide-range day today. Currently holding grn, in the upper half of its daily range.
USO is back to flat on day.

SPY is looking now to finally escape the gravitational field of 265-66.
KRE and XLF are starting to show some leadership on my sector board. Financials have not been a tailwind for a while.

I am keeping a daily chart now. So far today, if lucky, will be a dragonfly doji, otherwise just a long legged doji. Either way it just doesn't look like a chart you can get bullish over right now.

TLT said "tempest in a teapot" to Iran concerns, ran up, spiked down, and not too much in either direction. Bottom line: sits on a nearly flat 15min 200ema around 118.75
TBT has been a miserable trading vehicle recently, but it could break out with authority soon. This would take the 10yr yield well above 3.3%
