75% of my trades are using options. i consider it leverage...and it should be considered as such - amplification on both sides.

testing OR high, let's see if any rebound here. deep inside into the OR high would mean overlap therefore confirm this is just a rebound.

i am with you - 100% of my trades are in futures which are levered up the gazoooo ... options and futures are very closely related in that sense.

I need to learn to trade ES for sure! I do mainly single stock ...trading SPY options is not exciting to me ! Hopefully one day !!

Happy the way I am right now though :)

i like NOT-exciting trading. ;) lol

daily rips and sell-offs that are clearly signaled, nice and smooth, and last a couple of hours are the days that i like. :)

nice and boring and PROFITABLE. :D

normally, the current pullback should be at least 2 legged, so a rebound here, should fail.

tough fight at this SPY 116 level. some kind of triangle forming on the 1 minute though.

wasn't so confused by the move up from 10:30 this morning, but definitely whipsawed and confused by this move in the last 13 minutes. what took us 30 minutes to pull back to, was taken up in just around 12 minutes. confused, a little hurt, and a little annoyed.

thus why i don't like exciting markets! ;)
