h1 long at ema20 this time might have better chances because the signal bar (the one touching ema20) was very strong, let's see.

failed h1 again. it's testing the Mar 13 high and got rejected. probably will test 15 min ema20.

Ah the battle for public perceptions. As long as gross sales and profits were flat "they" have convinced us that going into debt to reduce the share count and guarantee rising earnings and profits per share on flat to declining total sales was a good thing. The so called financial engineering. Now suddenly we are told that the billions in buy backs were not simply altruistic on the part if management. The great thing about financial engineering is it cuts both ways. All the help on the way up is extra weight on the way down.

I do remember that wonderful clip Pasta Boss found of Bob Pisani explaining why there was no such thing as an earnings black out period for share buybacks just as Goldman and the boyz were publishing all about when the earnings blackout buyback period would end. Waiting for Pisani to explain why the SEC commissioner is wrong! May have to pull in Jim Kramer on this one. :lol:
