The trading log below is meant for myself only which main purpose is to help improving my market sense.

• My blah blah about how the market would go in the next dozens of minutes everyday in this forum, is a way to force me to focus on the market, because by speaking loud, if the prediction is wrong, I'd be embarrassed, which of course I'd like to avoid as much as possible.

• Day trading is not my strongest point. Just for the same pattern, it can repeat frequently on the 5 min chart while on daily chart it may take months to appear once and another month to know whether the idea of trading such a pattern is right or wrong THIS time, so practicing on the 5 min chart is a fastest way to learn to trade.

• Day trading inevitably would have good days and bad days, it's a part of the game. If I always have good days, it means I'm either lying or already the richest person in the world (then why I'm still trading?), so please don't blame me for making any bad calls. The log is for myself only, not meant to be followed.

SUMMARY:

Spotted a trading reversals setup. The entry was again "the bull signal bar got stronger and stronger".


NOTE:

Explained what I was doing here (viewtopic.php?f=2&t=2936&p=255977#p255977) as some suggested that even I have no idea what the market is doing, I still need let everyone know that I have no idea.

2nd test of day low, bull signal bars got stronger and stronger (blue arrows) so might worth a bet here (viewtopic.php?f=2&t=2936&p=255984#p255984). The post was a little late but you can see I drew the chart in time.

Consolidation here, so I thought the bias was up (viewtopic.php?f=2&t=2936&p=255988#p255988). This was day trade, so the call was correct, not wrong! Just don't expect I say something and 30 min later it's still valid. It may or may not be valid.

Wrong guess here, deceived by 2 consecutive bull bars, should have waited until the 2nd bull bar CLOSED (viewtopic.php?f=2&t=2936&p=255994#p255994).

By here (viewtopic.php?f=2&t=2936&p=256001#p256001), I thought finally bears might have a down and down day which I said before was very very rare.

Unfortunately, bears still couldn't make a down and down day which is hardly a good news for bulls ironically because it means bulls may still own bears a down and down day somewhere...
