But again we are still at an inflection point...Until we break that resistance in the 30yr... the 2 year treasuries is in the biggest and cleanest wedge I have ever seen in my life.

So although im holding 25% in speculation of breakout.... the rest is in cash waiting for the signal from the market

Cobra,
Any particular reason you changed the instrument to SSO? I apologize if this was discussed earlier or in the weekend report. Thanks

first of all, it's OK to ask any question, feel free.

The reason I'm using SSO today is SPY still didn't get adjusted after its dividend day, so I'll wait for a few more days. This doesn't affect 5 min chart of course, but it affects 15 min and 60 min chart so I think I better use SSO for today.

Agreed -- you can't beat the real thing. So a broadening top. Are you expecting another touch of the rising resistance line?
I really have no idea, it's going up so I assume it will keep going up.... until it doesn't... there is very big negative divergence on it though with RSI

Well, Cobra is short term bearish, I'm short term bullish. I see more upside very short term.

The goal is not uniformity. It is understanding and idea exchange.

good, I'll count it as touching the 2nd red line. now key time, as breakout would be bullish 1-2-3, I'll give the 3rd target if indeed breakout. the confluences area of the 3 (targets) would be a sure thing to reach today...

Yeah, I switch fast. I'm snake, remember?

On morning breakdown, odds were very high we'd close low of the day.

but a failed morning breakdown means the odds are high too, a strong uptrend day today.

but since the morning breakdown has already caused the damage, so eventually the morning low will be revisited.

That's the whole picture. Confused?

Cobra,

In your view was the mid morning dip already a test of the early morning low or do you see tomorrow still providing a test of the low. Seems US market immune to world market.
