Pretty good gap on the open if they want to fill it....

This market has a special one way velcro where it hooks on to any news item that is going up but turns into teflon when that reverses. This morning it was the 'National Team' saving Chinese bank stocks in the afternoon session followed up with oil going straight up. But those are traditional end of cycle bull market rules. When we enter the second half of the full market cycle we will be sick and tired of the market selling off over any little hiccup and ignoring the good news.

this bull may have legs if not an uptrend day. I don't believe for 4 days in a row the morning up is reversed. today should be different therefore likely up and up till the close?

I have to say it. Bernanke turned the market around with his Jackson Hole speech. If we start selling off next week and make this an isolated peak it will be labeled by everyone as the Powell top.
