Joins all of the other major US indexes with upside exhaustion signals."
"The last time this occurred was in January."

vol surge so might be a rebound here first then we'll see. the pullback was too large for a typical uptrend day. not a good sign.

And it’s still below its 200ma….
VEU has been following the 1/dollar for the last few months
