My vote is to keep QQQ. RSP is actually not very relevant... except when it significantly diverges from SPY performance. QQQ is a more common trading vehicle. RSP divergence can be seen at a glance from the 15min chart.

Rangebound market, SPY and QQQ. ..and NYSE up/down vol has gone flat on the day.
Amazingly tight price action, volatility (ATR) has nearly disappeared.
..IWM is defending its LOD, so far successful.
