TICKs for the Big Board look to be struggling a little. The QQQs look like it needs some consolidation after the bullishness of Friday.

can spy continue up while its heaviest weight (tech 26% of spy) is down?
consider that xlf is 15% of spy, and xlv is 13%
xlf and xlv combined = 28% of spy
so…. tech down and banks/health up …. net zero-ish impact
(so now... banks and health are more important than ever)
