Pasta Boss-
With that new tick set up you should know Costco has a special on a 43 inch monitor (if you need more screen space) ;)

Big picture. Arthur Hill of StockCharts points out that two of the major stock indexes had Death Crosses this week. $RUT and $MID.

Traders freak out and flip, now targeting the bottom of the box

Tip: Only consider 4K displays. 'High Definition' is not enough anymore.

I use several 4K screens, connected to video outputs (DisplayPort rather than HDMI) that can actually drive 4K at 60 frames per second. Clarity, smooth response, and big enough to see details.

I choose monitors with anti-glare screen surface, which are not common. Smooth glossy screens can seem sharper but the glare and reflections are distracting, to me.

Not inexpensive, I am currently using Asus PA328. 32 inches diagonal, 4K, and overall quite nice.

Note: Windows on 4K may need some tweaking to get text sizes big enough for older eyeballs.
I use Apple Mac so text font size is not a problem, easily adjusted.

SMALLS bounce shy of that “bottom of the box”
That’s bullish

K447 Great advice. I was thinking of getting a TV with a dongle to covert display port (there is a web site that recommends which ones for monitors) but wow an LG 43" 4K UHD IPS Monitor for $400 is pretty tempting. I run a pair of 23" monitors in portrait mode and I do get tired of the black bar in the middle and of course every time windows updates I have to fiddle with the settings.

ES is deader than a door nail locked down for OPEX I guess. Has the Noreaster caused Wall Streaters to skip today?

Check specs carefully. Some TV do not actually display 60 frames per second. Some simply accept 60fps signal but may output only 30
Or only do 60 for HD, not 4K

Dongle, I guess you mean HDMI<=> DisplayPort?
That sort of thing might work, or might be a source of headache.

Check that LG monitor specs too. 60fps can be misrepresented, as it may do 60 for HD (1920x1080), but maybe not do 60 at 4K.

Video card in the computer matters too, of course. Older video card hardware may struggle with 4K or only do 4K at 30fps.

So much for the AI machine learning algos.

If the markets go up on jawboning, and the algos see this and trade this - and perhaps create this rise - then wouldn't the algos "learn" that this is profitable?

One of the things I love about the oil market. All the charts and logic in the world and some OPEC minster carefully plants a story with Reuters and "It's off to the races". So have to agree Orange Swan tweets are becoming self fulfilling but it also works to play the revision to the mean, just like oil eventually responds to the inventory reports.

IWM tags a fresh hod, as it is looking strong into the last half hour.

QQQ, red all day, is trying to end positive.

Ascending triangle on the indexes 15 minute chart. Technically should break out to the upside. Sitting on my hands to see where this goes Monday.

This is why HMDI is no longer preferred connection,
Refresh Rate: 60hz (DisplayPort and Mini DisplayPort), 30hz (HDMI)
