testing range high, looks promising because QQQ already made a breakout.

zh has been using the TICK as a measure of buy/sell programs. Yesterday, they cited multiple -1200 raw TICKs as markers of “huge sell programs.”
This chart is the TWO MINUTE TICK, so I put the horizontal lines at +1000 and -1000.
Anyway, using zh “logic”, can we say the +1000 (+1200) TICK indicates ‘huge buy programs’ (see green arrow)

If Fed doesn't raise tomorrow then every trader in the world will know that something bad is coming to the economy. If they back off too much on language for 2019 hikes, then once again a warning of economic trouble. So they really have no choice but to say we will change when the numbers change.
