yesterday HOD will be a key level since we are at an important candle. SPX/SPY are having bearish hanging man/Evening star/Doji. very easy for me to trade, above yesterday's HOD = BUY, below =SELL

The Evil site has a new note from the boy wonder this morning. McElligott providing levels where the funds will start buying in, about 50 points above where we are. He also has vix stuff as well. So the big boys could soon be active again. (insert clip of Slim Pickins riding the nuclear bomb in Dr. Strangelove)

FT 71 also calling for an up day. His two most likely scenarios both follow yesterday's pattern. Initial positive move runs out of buyers, market pulls back to more attractive price then move up the rest of the day.

Overnight gap up on ES, NQ, YM and IWM. The market is not sure what to do next. Stay flat. Run up. Fill down. We will see ...

Nothing really new to add to last post except that NYMO has climbed to the thin air.
Not sure I have seen it shoot this high in a nearly straight shot ever.
Still 3 scenarios: Peak, bull stampede, consolidate before reversal or continuation.
I have good arguments for each scenario, so as usual, I haven't a clue what will happen.

Judging by the narrowing of the daily price bars, it seems like an inflection may arrive soon.
Perhaps FOMC minutes this afternoon or Fed speakers tomorrow.

My purple resistance sandwich lies just above.
Trapped longs will be getting twitchy.
It is interesting to see a gap target as well as the middle keltner band right in the middle of the resistance sandwich.

I am still long the R2K. The easy profits are behind me I think.
