If financials are a leading indicator in the short term, as they were in the longer term picture recently, then XLF inability to gain back ground today is a bad omen for the market. SPY has rallied back to open price, but XLF remains way below its open price.

consolidation instead of sharp pullback is good for bulls. the chart doesn't look bearish at least for now.

oh sweet lord. bears have no claws at all. they were given the best opportunity to take the ball, and they totally gave it up. this is a little like American soccer...if any of you saw the match against Ecuador.

this is almost as painful to watch. :)

another C&H or Double Bottom target. too late, the 2nd target reached, but I swear I drew the target before the market surged.

Similar pattern to 09/19 in play right now. Would mean rally into the close.

If it plays out, tomorrow could correlate with Cobra mention of potential double top like we saw on 09/01, 09/20, and sort of on 08/17, IF the market is able to reach the highs again tomorrow, and not surpass them materially.

I am a huge US fan, and worried about Klinsmann. I know its early, but we look awful so far.

Don't forget we have Torres, Holden, Bedoya and Donovann that weren't playing. At least that will be the last time we see Tim Ream at a CB!

not on trading topic, but much like trading, new coach, totally new system, thus will take some time to put it into effective use. i do like the bout of new energy and new ideas from someone totally outside of the US soccer world...Arena and Bradley were trained too much within the American system, though i think they are both very accomplished, i'm glad to see maybe some new ideas put into place.

feel bad for Ream...just a moment of lost concentration. hard to basically lose your position on the team, given the opportunity to shine in front of your home crowd.

advance/decline chart and tick data is supporting this move up, no?

looks like we have increasing ticks to support the green sticks. bad sign. -_-
