Just 2cents worth (and maybe worth less than that) but The breakdown below support on the Daily Vix is telling. It needs a short cool off but that is a pretty powerful thing for the market when coupled with current sentiment.

volume surge, biggest bar, so could be another pullback here. other than that nothing to say. trading this market you must understand the logic of "only tomorrow matters".

Something's going on with oil. USO, XOP, OIH, XLE are all strong.

My counts for an impulse is 1075-1103, 1103-1079, 1079-1171, 1171-1150, 1150-1223. We are within this. So we might have ended this at 1222 today or due on Monday morning with a small surge ??? Now we could do the actual Wave 2 to 1140-50 range next week ???

economy hasn't improved (really) since 2008 and yet we're at 1220 on the SPX.......the markets are not the economy.....the markets are a casino:)
