no valid breakout so likely it's just a range day. maybe the range low was in?

Bank of America slashes Q4 GDP to 1.5% from 2.8% and Q1 2019 GDP to 1.5% from 2.0%.

IWM trend up. DIA and SPY basing. QQQ a bit schizo, in a wide range. Strange day, just like the times.

3 days weekend and option expiry. weaker market all day as I expected we will test daily low I am thinking before day's over. scalp to the down side from here.
