No idea whether the pullback was over or not. Need see tomorrow. It's not as bearish as I expected so far though.

SUMMARY:

Typical downtrend day with intraday reversal. Actually most downtrend days were range day. Didn't see a good trading reversals setup so missed the intraday reversal up.

NOTE:

Called range day here (viewtopic.php?f=2&t=3371&p=266643#p266643).

It turned out to be a downtrend day by here (viewtopic.php?f=2&t=3371&p=266655#p266655).

By here it looked all normal as a downtrend day so I mentioned EMA20 sell setup here (viewtopic.php?f=2&t=3371&p=266660#p266660). The rebound thereafter, however was strong, so I didn't see good short setup. See chart below, the signal bar and entry bar looked strong here but compared with the entire rebound, they're nothing so I wouldn't fall for it as usually I'm a coward.

I didn't see it could rally all the way till near the close (viewtopic.php?f=2&t=3371&p=266686#p266686), so missed the entire rebound. A single strong bull bar here wasn't enough to convince me to buy as again I'm a coward, usually I need see a good follow through which didn't come today.

No conclusion drawn from the close.

• My blah blah about how the market would go in the next dozens of minutes everyday in this forum, is a way to force me to focus on the market, because by speaking loud, if the prediction is wrong, I'd be embarrassed, which of course I'd like to avoid as much as possible.

• Day trading is not my strongest point. Just for the same pattern, it can repeat frequently on the 5 min chart while on daily chart it may take months to appear once and another month to know whether the idea of trading such a pattern is right or wrong THIS time, so practicing on the 5 min chart is a fastest way to learn to trade.

• Day trading inevitably would have good days and bad days, it's a part of the game. If I always have good days, it means I'm either lying or already the richest person in the world (then why I'm still trading?), so please don't blame me for making any bad calls. The log is for myself only, not meant to be followed.

after market data, I got a sell signal today, these signals are not aligned often. sooooooo. some good news for bear camp, with this type of signals, my first post in the morning will be ( Sell day) side with evil the devil.
