10/25/2011 Intraday Watering

Gap down but within yesterday's range, so chances are the gap could get filled.

Could be a Double Top formed on the Global ES, so it's essential for the overnight low to hold, otherwise it'd confirm the pattern.

EURO still is fighting the resistance.

To confirm a transition to the bearish new octave, SPY has to hold a drop under the 4/8 support zone (~123)

NEWS: Merkel-Turtle will get the EFSF vote.
However, the bill has been watered down so much, that this vote is meaningless…
Moreover, the opposition German MPs , want to vote again after the Summit, to make sure that the “chancellorette” would not sell Germany short!

SPX Daily Chart on 10-25-11.png

Check out this chart showing the Chaikin Oscillator (that Cobra always references) on the SPX daily. Look at the red lines I drew and the blue line. These lines show where price was in the past and where it went after hitting such a high. Hope the longs took their profits. GLTA.

hey 99er,

i've been following your charts for awhile. your pullback for the SPX is obviously much shallower than your pullbacks for /ES and EUR/USD. do you have a bias towards which one you weight more heavily in your prediction?
