Made a killing on TMV today. Considering that the rolling over of the bond market has begun in earnest, we could see a stock market high well into the new year.

I've seen about 4 or 5 negative p bars on IWM 30 min via TD. A few positive pears on TZA 5 min.

The 5 day ma is unpenetrable. It doesn't matter the volume it can't get through this.

A few observations:

The market has stayed overbought and gotten more overbought in the last days. This is bull market phenomena not bear market phenomena. In the March 09 rally, the NYMO got overbought and resolved itself without a significant correction. The current rally has other similar technicals to that time. Given where we are in the economic cycle, absense of Fed QE and a news cycle coming around the budget committee report (oh yeah remember that), I believe a correction is probable in coming days. However, I am considering a reality that bull market rules may have gone into effect, which means that overbought signals should be discounted and dips should be bought. Have to see how things unfold in coming days.

The breakdown of the VIX out of a close to 3 month trading range is significant. While a backtest to the range area would be good, VIX trending down further is probable.

Within the span of October, the money men have gone from having terrible bonus prospects to having had a pretty darn good year. Good work! ;)

I think it's safer than GOLD or CLUDE at this level, this is more of my long term set up trade. I tried to get in so many times but got stop out in less than two days too many time, maybe that's another reason why I want it.

Mr.Miyagi: "Cryptic clues.. fun to decipher."

Bearish Butterfly (gold) and a Wolfe Wave (purple) pointing down. Target is where the purple line meets the grey dotted one. Grrr...
