Since the bounce off the overnight low things have been unsettled. Looking for the RAMP EXPRESS at 3:30 Eastern to try to save the close.

I'll say. SPY closed inside its OR-15.
But QQQ and IWM did not, they were relatively weaker from the point where Cobra posted just before noon--and it's more bullish when Naz and smallies lead SPX, less so if they trail. .
